These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the okajee platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing okajee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

Account Eligibility

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the okajee platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any third party accessing okajee on behalf of a registered player. By proceeding past the okajee Login page and accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.
These Terms should be read alongside the okajee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and okajee. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by okajee.
okajee operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform serving players located in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction and for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on winnings.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to the okajee platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 18+ okajee operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending verification.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure) registering for personal recreational use only.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by okajee or any recognised responsible gaming authority at the time of registration or login.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person, employed by or affiliated with okajee or any of its technology, game, or payment providers.
okajee reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by okajee support will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
Age Verification Process
Upon registration, okajee may perform an automated age verification check against third-party identity databases. Where automated verification is inconclusive, a manual document review will be initiated. Players will be notified via the contact details provided at registration. During any pending age verification, the player's ability to withdraw funds may be restricted, though deposits and gameplay may continue subject to okajee's discretion.
3. Account Registration and Security
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the okajee platform. Registering, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, address, email, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonus balances accumulated across those accounts.
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide complete and accurate information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any additional details requested. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okajee login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okajee support immediately. okajee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.
Account Verification (KYC)
As part of its commitment to security and responsible gaming, okajee conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on registered accounts. KYC verification may be required before processing any withdrawal request, when a player reaches certain deposit or wagering thresholds, or at any time where okajee has reasonable grounds to verify a player's identity. Players will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot or confirmation from bKash, Nagad, or the relevant bank).
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice. okajee does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 (BDT two hundred).
- There is no maximum deposit limit set by okajee, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your okajee account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to appear in your okajee balance depending on the processing timelines of the originating bank.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
- okajee does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. okajee is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500 (BDT five hundred).
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the okajee account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours of approval during standard operating hours (all day, BST, UTC+6).
- Withdrawals to bank accounts may take between one and five business days depending on the receiving bank's processing timelines.
- okajee reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
- Withdrawal requests may be declined where okajee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
- okajee does not charge withdrawal fees for bKash and Nagad payouts under standard conditions. Fees applicable to bank transfers and international card withdrawals will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
Currency
All transactions on the okajee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. Amounts displayed in your account balance, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal receipts are all denominated in BDT. Currency conversion is not offered by okajee directly; if your payment provider applies a currency conversion, the rate and any associated fee are the responsibility of the payment provider.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
okajee offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
- Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings that exceed the wagering requirement threshold and have been converted to real-money balance are eligible for withdrawal.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain other game categories may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion-specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
- okajee reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively voided due to a promotion modification, unless fraudulent activity is suspected.
Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, the use of low-risk or mathematically balanced wagering strategies specifically to convert bonus funds to real money without genuine gameplay risk, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms, is strictly prohibited. Where okajee identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings associated with that bonus, and close the player's account.
VIP Programme
The okajee VIP programme rewards loyal players with benefits including weekly BDT cashback, priority withdrawals, a dedicated account manager, and access to exclusive promotions. VIP tier eligibility, progression criteria, and tier-specific benefits are communicated to qualifying players directly. VIP rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond the specific benefits described in the VIP programme terms.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
okajee sources its games exclusively from licensed third-party game providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming, among others. All games operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within the game's information panel.
Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set on a per-game basis by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface before each round. okajee does not override these limits except in cases where a specific VIP programme agreement has been reached with an individual player. Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communications failure that affects the outcome or display of a game round, okajee reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable wager amount to the player's account balance. okajee will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from an alleged game malfunction unless the malfunction has been independently verified by the game provider's technical team. All malfunction voids are final.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets, odds, and results on okajee are provided in partnership with licensed data and odds providers. Pre-match and in-play markets covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to their own set of sports betting rules, which are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the okajee platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sports event, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing council for BPL fixtures) will be used to settle all related markets.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okajee platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one account or attempting to circumvent a previous account closure or suspension by registering a new account.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the okajee platform, including but not limited to the game lobby, betting interface, or bonus claim process.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any player who discovers a bug or error is required to report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it.
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the okajee platform. okajee cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.
- Accessing the okajee platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing okajee staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the okajee platform.
- Allowing or facilitating access to your okajee account by any third party, including family members.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
Suspension by okajee
okajee reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; identification of the account as a duplicate; receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder; or receipt of a legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, all deposits and withdrawals will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. okajee will endeavour to complete investigations within 30 days and will notify the player of the outcome via the contact details registered on the account.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their okajee account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written closure request. Account closure requests will be processed within three to five business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of six months, one year, or indefinitely through the okajee responsible gaming tools or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period. During self-exclusion, login access to the account is suspended and all marketing communications are paused. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okajee, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the okajee platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses arising from game outcomes, betting results, or sports event outcomes, regardless of whether such outcomes are alleged to be the result of a system error, network interruption, or any other technical failure.
- Losses arising from the temporary unavailability of the okajee platform, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods, or third-party service outages affecting payment processing or game delivery.
- Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials, resulting in unauthorised access by a third party.
- Any indirect economic loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage claimed to arise from use of the okajee platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding or limiting okajee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.
The okajee platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While okajee takes reasonable technical precautions to ensure platform stability and security, no warranty is given that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from malicious intrusion attempts by third parties.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
Amendments
okajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects a player's rights or obligations — okajee will provide at least seven days' advance notice via a platform notification or email to the address registered on the account. For minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation), okajee may update the Terms without prior notice. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the okajee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Language
These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for reference purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of interpretation, dispute, or discrepancy.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, read together with the okajee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and okajee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
